This tournament is dedicated to the memory of Eugene "Scoop" Taylor former lifeguard captain in Wildwood Crest and a friend to the thousands of people he came in contact with during his lifetime.
No favor was too large or small for Scoop. He selflessly went out of his way to help friends and strangers alike.
The best compliment I give to Scoop is that he was, without question, the most decent guy I've ever met.
