The fee for AAU Participation is $550.00, which includes 6 tournaments, reversible professional uniforms, practice gym time for all teams, AAU Registration cards for all participants, tournaments prizes at selected events for each player making a team. After filing out this form below on your computer screen ( use your TAB key to move through the form’s fields ), print out a copy and send to us, along with your check for $550.00, Made out to “Tri State Tar Heels”. This check will be returned to you if your daughter does not make a team.
If your daughter makes a Tar Heel Team and accepts and later decides to quit, then there will be no refund. This goes for everyone, no exceptions. When your daughter makes a team then someone has to be cut. It is unfair to call a player after cuts have been made. Remember your check will not be deposited until your daughter makes a team. It is only a piece of paper until it is deposited.
There will be a code of conduct for each player, coach and parent. This form will be signed and returned to each coach before uniforms will be given out.
